Responsibilities
■ Lead a team of talented JS developers
■ Delegate tasks, define roles and manage team processes
■ Mentor and develop the team
■ Lead by example and work with a product team side-by-side to implement new and maintain existing product features
■ Develop new ideas on how to make our product the best in class in the global market
■ Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new cutting-edge technologies in order to maximize development efficiency
The skills we are looking for:
experience with NodeJS (ReactJS is nice to have)
experience with PostgreSQL or other relational DB
experience working with a microservices architecture
experience in managing developers
strong analytical skills
intermediate level of English
degree in computer science
